What we did: Replaced the damaged subfloor section, reframed for a slightly larger footprint, and installed a fully tiled walk-in shower with a built-in niche.
Timeline: About 6 working days on site given the subfloor repair, roughly 5 weeks total.

The Curbless Conversion
The house: A 1950s colonial with a standard tub-shower combo in the only full bathroom in the house.
The problem: The homeowners wanted to stay in the house long-term and needed a shower they could step into without a curb to clear.
What we did: Reframed the floor to drop the shower area for a curbless entry, installed a tiled shower with a built-in bench and blocking for grab bars.
